Below are a few ways you can get involved with the Parent Fellowship Group, a wonderful opportunity to get to know other families and to promote your school.

A fun and casual night for new parents to CCS to fellowship and ask questions about the upcoming year. This event is hosted in the home of a current CCS family. Volunteers can help host and provide food for the event.

Chair: Ann Chapman

A FUN night for the whole family, while everyone enjoys meeting their teachers. We have food trucks and inflatables! Volunteers will help set up and contact food vendors. (super easy!)

Chair: La'Kitha Hughes

November event to honor those special to us, our CCS grandparents! Volunteers can help decorate and serve on the day of the event. (such a sweet time)

Chair:  Scarlett Johnston

Our largest school fundraiser! It is a family-friendly fall carnival with games, prizes, and silent auction held in October. Sub-committees include Decorations, Concessions, Sweet Shop, Site Set-Up (Dad’s are very useful here!)

Chairs:  Caroline Grenfell

The Fall Into Fun Festival hosts our annual school Silent Auction where members help secure  donations, set up on the day of the event, process payments, and help to clean up afterward.

Chair:  Caroline Grenfell

Help to select, manage inventory, and sell scripture tees at various events throughout the Fall semester!

Chair:  Michelle Ketchum

Our annual Spring fundraiser in the school gym where your child participates in playing putt putt golf. Volunteers are needed to stuff sponsor envelopes and help on the day of the event.

Chair:  Christina Dickie

Our premium Spring fundraising event on the beautiful grounds of Providence Hill Farm!  Volunteers are needed to greet shooters, and serve as trappers . (We help direct and drive golf carts, too!)

Chair:   Ginny Futvoye

Held on campus each May, this event provides our school community the opportunity to purchase gently worn uniforms, and make a little money off of the ones that your child has outgrown. Volunteers help to organize and work the point of sale. Volunteers are also able to shop before the sale has begun!

Chair:  Rebecca Goldman

We have an incredible faculty and this committee shows our parents appreciation! This committee performs various functions throughout the school year.

Chair:  Jessica Blanco

Moms who work alongside our classroom teachers to help manage individual class parties and field trips throughout the year.
