Parent Fellowship Group
The Parent Fellowship Group of Christ Covenant School has been established to help further the mission of the school. The purpose of Parent Fellowship Group is to promote Christ Covenant School and its mission to the community, to plan and implement fundraising events, and to serve Christ by serving the school. If you are a parent or grandparent of a CCS student, then you are a part of the Parent Fellowship Group.
Below are a few ways you can get involved with the Parent Fellowship Group, a wonderful opportunity to get to know other families and to promote your school.
Teacher Appreciation Committee • This ongoing committee works throughout the school year to demonstrate our sincere appreciation for the dedication and hard work of our teachers and staff.
Grandparent’s Day • This traditional event, held in November, invites Grandparents or “grand persons” to the school for a special breakfast, a student led program, and an opportunity to purchase books for our school library in honor of their grandchild.
Fall into Fun and the Golf Tournament • CCS hosts two major fundraisers each year. Fall into Fun is a festival atmosphere with food, games, silent auction, and entertainment, and the annual golf tournament is held in the spring of each year. The committee members assist in registration and providing food on the day of the event.
Spring Swing • This on-campus event coincides with the golf tournament in the spring. Students raise money by playing an 18 hole putt putt on campus.
Field Day Committee • This spring committee serves as volunteers to execute the annual Christ Covenant field day. This event is a fun day for everyone!
Uniform Resale • This committee collects, organizes, and prices uniforms and living day history costumes to be sold at the end of the year, in May.
